Privacy Policy — Run Piggy Run

This Privacy Policy describes how we (“we”, “us”, or “our”), as the developer and operator of the mobile game Run Piggy Run (the “App”), collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Android version of the App distributed through Google Play. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you have questions about how we process personal information, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will respond within a reasonable period and, where applicable, within the timeframe required by law.

Independence from platform providers. Google LLC is not a party to this Privacy Policy. Google’s terms, policies, and rules (including Google Play and payment rules) may apply to your use of the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Please refer to the “Last Modified” date at the top of this page.

You can read the following information to help you learn specific matters:

1. Information Collection

A. The information we collect via applications

Depending on the version of Run Piggy Run you use, you may sign in with a third-party account (for example Google or Facebook) or with platform-provided sign-in where available. In that case, we may receive information that you authorize the provider to share, such as a display name, avatar, and an account identifier. You may also be able to use the App without signing in (for example as a guest), if that mode is offered.

To operate Run Piggy Run, improve stability and performance, and secure accounts, we and our service providers may process limited technical and usage data, such as device or app identifiers, device model, operating system version, app version, general geographic region derived from IP address (not precise location unless separately disclosed and permitted), network connection type, and diagnostics. Where required by the platform or applicable law, we rely on your consent or the platform’s permission system before accessing certain data. If you withhold permissions that are necessary for a feature, that feature may not work as intended.

When you contact us for support or other inquiries about Run Piggy Run, we may ask for information needed to help you (for example account or device details).

That may include your account identifier, email address, phone number, device ID, system language, or app version. We use such information only to respond to your request and operate the App, in line with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

B. The information we or the third party platform we cooperate collect and use and the permissions we obtain

In order to save players' game data, images, and other information required for using our feedback feature, we might request permission for external device storage (access application and write to APP external storage space). But we will ask for your separate consent when utilizing this permission.

We may check network connectivity so the App can warn you about mobile data usage where that feature exists.

If you wish to realize or experience the above functions, you may need to grant us corresponding permissions in your device. You can also choose to turn off the corresponding permissions in the Settings at any time to cancel the corresponding authorizations. In different devices, the display method and turn-off method of permissions may be different. For details, please refer to the instructions or guides of the device and system developers.

Please note that individual device information, payment result verification information, and others cannot identify specific natural persons' information. If we combine this non-personal information with other information to identify the identities of specific natural persons or combine other personal information together, this type of non-personal information will be regarded as personal information which shall be anonymized and de-identified during the combination period unless you are authorized or the laws and regulations demand otherwise.

C. Information we collect from other sources

Run Piggy Run may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions (for example virtual currency, items, or ad-free options) subject to availability. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive transaction identifiers and limited information needed to validate purchases and deliver content. 2. Third Party Service Providers

The App may use third-party services (including software development kits, or SDKs) to provide core functionality, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, cloud configuration, or similar features. Those providers process information under their own terms. The actual SDKs integrated in your build may vary by region and app version. If a service is not included in your build, it does not apply to you.

Advertising and analytics. Where the App displays ads, ad partners may collect or access identifiers and usage data to measure performance and, where permitted, personalize ads. On Android, you can reset or opt out of ads personalization via Google Play or device settings where available.

If the App uses advertising mediation or additional ad networks, those partners may process data as described in their own policies. We do not list every possible mediated partner here; Google’s disclosures for Google Mobile Ads describe how mediation may involve additional networks.

3. Minors' Privacy Protection

Run Piggy Run is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region for valid consent to data processing). If you believe we have collected information from a child under that age, contact us and we will take steps to delete it promptly, subject to applicable law.

If you are a minor, you should use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and they should review this Privacy Policy with you. Age thresholds for minors and parental consent vary by country or region.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

On websites or web views linked from the App, cookies and similar technologies may be used. Inside the native App, comparable technologies (such as local storage or software identifiers) may be used to remember settings, maintain sessions, and support analytics as described in this Privacy Policy. You can often limit this through device or browser settings; some features may not work if you do.

5. Sharing, Transference, and Disclosure of Your Personal Information

We process personal information in line with the principles of lawfulness, minimization, and necessity. We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product. We may share information with service providers and partners (including for advertising and analytics) as described in this Privacy Policy. We may also disclose or share information in the following situations:

• We will reveal it to consultants, law enforcement agencies, and judicial and regulatory authorities to protect the legal rights and interests of you or other users or other individuals' lives, property, and other legal rights within the confines of laws and regulations.

• We are under a legal obligation or this is a mandatory requirement from relevant departments.

• When structural changes, including M&A and reorganization, take place, we may need to transfer your personal information to the third parties who acquire or inherit part or all our assets or stocks. If the changed entity needs to change the purpose of using your personal information, we will require it to obtain your explicit consent first.

6. Information Storage

We will retain your personal data for as long as it's needed for providing services to you unless the laws demand us to delete it or we have received your request to delete it. In order to protect your personal information, the information that we collect will be stored according to relevant privacy laws and regulations in related countries. We will also store collected personal information inside or outside of the country or region where we operate within the permitted confines of local laws and regulations.

If we cease to provide services or operate, we and the third parties we cooperate with will stop collecting your personal information in time and shall abide by relevant laws and regulations to inform you in advance and delete or anonymize your personal data after we cease to operate or provide services unless there are laws, regulations or regulatory authority that demand otherwise.

7. Information Security

A. Security Protection Measures

We will apply every measure reasonably possible to ensure that we do not collect personal information unrelated to our services. We will use strict security systems and standard security technologies and programs in the industry to ensure that your personal data will not be lost, leaked, damaged, or abused.

We are enhancing our employees' security consciousness and recognition of the importance of protecting information by establishing data security management practices and applying strict data access controls.

We will only allow necessary personnel to access personal information and have set strict access control and monitoring mechanisms. We also require all personnel that might access your personal information to respect corresponding obligations to be discrete, failing of which might cause legal responsibilities or terminate his/her relation with us.

The public internet environment is not 100% safe. We will try our best to protect your personal information. When your personal information is involved, you should always exercise caution.

B. Personal Data Security Advice

When you buy virtual items in Run Piggy Run, Google processes payment through Google Play Billing. You may share information with Google under its terms. Protect your account credentials and only share personal data when needed.

If we reasonably believe the App is used for fraud or unlawful activity, we may suspend or terminate access, subject to applicable law and store policies.

8. The Rights of Data Subject

A. Access, update, and deletion of personal information

We respect your rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to applicable law. Some features may not work if you delete information that is required to provide them. Contact us using Section 11 to exercise your rights. We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable period.

B. Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account for Run Piggy Run, contact us using Section 11. Deletion may be permanent and cannot always be reversed. Active subscriptions are managed through Google Play; cancel recurring billing in your Google Play account settings if applicable.

9. Special Notification for Residents in Other Regions

Special Notification for residents in California, U.S.

9.1 If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including to know, delete, and opt out of certain sharing of personal information. Contact us using Section 11. We will verify and respond in accordance with applicable law.

9.2 If you are a California resident under 18 and a registered user, and you wish to remove public content you posted in Run Piggy Run where applicable, contact us with enough detail for us to locate the content.

Deletion may be limited where the law requires retention, where information was provided by others, or where we cannot verify the request. Nothing in this section limits lawful requests by public authorities.

Special Notification for residents in the E.U.

When transmitting personal information out from E.U., we will apply both technical and physical measures to protect your personal information in strict accordance with related laws and regulations in the E.U.. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the mechanism that we use to transmit your personal information. We will only collect, use or store your personal information under the following circumstances:

A. You willingly and initiatively provide us with information.

B. It is collected for the purpose of providing the service(s) you demand.

C. Protect your or others' vital interest(s).

EEA/UK/Swiss users may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws (including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection). Contact us via Section 11. We may refuse requests where the law allows (for example if we must keep data to establish or defend legal claims, or if a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive). Limitations may apply, including

A. We cannot ascertain your identity.

B. What you request is deemed excessive.

C. What you request has a detrimental influence on others' rights or liberty.

10. Updates of Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Modified” date at the top will be revised when we do. Where required by law or platform rules, we will provide additional notice (for example, in-app or by email). If you do not agree to the updated terms, stop using Run Piggy Run and uninstall the App. Continued use after the effective date of an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
